Privacy policy

This policy explains what Rungline collects when you use Rungline and what we do with it.

Job seekers

You can browse and search without an account. We don't ask for your name, résumé or contact details, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Employers

When you post a job we collect what you type in the listing form and your email address. We use it to publish your listing, send receipts and contact you about the listing. The job details you submit are shown publicly on the site. Your email is not.

Payments

Stripe processes payments and receives your card and billing details directly. We see the payment amount, your email and the last four digits of your card. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Service providers

Our host stores form submissions and keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security. We don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep listing and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually seven years. Ask us to delete anything else and we will.

Children

The site is for employers and working professionals and is not directed at children under 16.
