Refund policy

We want every listing to be worth what you paid. Here is exactly when you can get your money back.

Before your listing goes live

If you change your mind before we publish your listing, email controlsjobs@gmail.com with your reference number and we'll refund the full amount.

If we decline your listing

We only publish jobs in PLC programming, controls, automation and instrumentation, and we decline listings that break our terms. If we decline yours, we refund the full amount within 5 business days.

Within 48 hours of going live

If you're not satisfied for any reason, ask within 48 hours of your listing going live and we'll refund the full amount and take the listing down.

After 48 hours

Listings that have been live more than 48 hours are not refundable. If the position is filled early, we're happy to remove the listing, but the fee is not prorated. We'll fix typos or update details at no charge for the full 30 days.

Featured upgrades

A featured listing that's live more than 48 hours can't be downgraded to standard for a partial refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days.
